GeoWorks provides the Services on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
Our customers (employers) are the Data Controllers
GeoWorks acts as a Data Processor, processing personal data on behalf of Customers and in accordance with their instructions
GeoWorks does not independently determine how Customer data is used.
We collect only data necessary to provide and operate the Services.

These are uploaded by Users as part of job completion, asset recording, and risk assessment processes.
Precise location data is collected only while the mobile app is in use
Location is required to support job execution, site verification, and operational accuracy
We do not collect location data when the app is closed or not actively in use.
App and platform usage analytics
Device type, operating system, and app version
Error reports and performance logs
This data is used solely for functionality, stability, and security purposes.

Provide and operate the Services

Backup data is retained for a limited period for security and recovery purposes

Requests should be made via your employer or organisation, who acts as the Data Controller. GeoWorks will assist Customers in fulfilling valid requests.

The Services are intended for professional use only and are not designed for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Personal data is processed and stored within the United Kingdom. No international transfers outside the UK or EEA occur.
